Our History

Our founder, Chris, saw business after business struggle to have the in-house resources to deal with infrastructure and security, often opting to cobble gear together and just “make it work.” It didn’t matter if it was secure or not, properly configured or not, easy to make changes to or not – often changes caused the system to come crashing down. It’s a mess that no organization should face. Worse, in this day and age, the data breach, the “hack” is just a matter of time.

Our security expertise has matured over the last 17 years, seeing some of the most prolific data breaches in history, watching organizations realize their own mortality and seeing a LOT of small businesses, municipalities and native Canadian tribes fall victim to these scams and hacks. Chris decided something had to be done to serve the little guy on the block while managing that cost-benefit balance.

CMe Security was born in 2017 by an IT and Security Professional with a passion for greater integration and security across an organization. We are designed to free the SMB/SME from managing their own infrastructure and cybersecurity posture by delivering a unified, low-cost, highly secure platform.

What We Do
